The numerical and temporal miracle of divorce Surat Al-Talaq
The

1. First the start time point

- This period is characterized as a period in which the wife is informed of her husband’s desire to divorce her and both spouses prepare for separation when the time comes to them {after the waiting period}
- It is absolutely forbidden in it any utterance of divorce because the time for its investigation has not yet come. This is how God Almighty decreed and judged and whoever uttered the divorce {A} has no value for its utterance (B), and it is a wasteful and meaningless utterance (C) And if it is stubborn and it is pronounced, then it is void that God erased from the kit. And he closes the door of mercy, God’s opening for them is that the place of divorce is transferred to after the waiting period and God makes available to them what no one knows { You do not know, perhaps God will happen after that a matter } May God guide the husband to hold her so that he does not divorce her at any point in time on the course of the waiting period and he has described it God Almighty has many statistics
- This period is also distinguished by the fact that its beginning is the husband’s announcement to his wife of his desire to divorce her {initiation} and its end is that he holds her and does not divorce her - and he does not bring her to the second stage, the investigation stage until the husband is sure of his earnest desire that he is the realization of the divorce inevitably in the second stage, which is the ongoing divorce stage. There after the preparation is complete and it is finally over
- This period of time - initiation - and moving like clockwork is hardly visible as it walks in time to the period of investigation in a harsh and painful silence, and the reason for its cruelty and pain is the inflammation of the instincts between them and the narrowing of the law on them in the inevitable place of residence, her home . the kit -
Likewise, she sleeps with her husband in the same house and in the same bed, provided that the wife does not leave the house and the husband does not take her out under any circumstance except for the circumstance that occurs in the general Muslim community is almost impossible, and it is that she commits a clear indecency {and the immorality shown here is adultery

Thus, divorce is achieved, and there is no other way to achieve it at all except by this law revealed in Surat Al-Talaq 5 AH
